The room here is spacious and pet-friendly, with a great jacuzzi, and the staff is very attentive, making for a comfortable and convenient location.

The Hotel looked fairly modern it also had a very nice outdoor swimming pool (a bit too early in the year to try it) . The Beds were very comfortable . There was a very good Restaurant nearby and our hotel key card got us a 10% reduction of the Bill. The Hotel also provided a free Continental Breakfast which was a bonus.

The only problem was the a/c in the Room was a bit noisy and needed attention

The room here was pet-friendly and pretty spacious, which was a big plus for me. 🐾 The beds were like sleeping on a cloud - super comfy! Plus, having good food available made the stay even better.

Location made it easy to get to all the places we wanted to visit. Breakfast was wonderful - loved the cinnamon buns.

The breakfast was adequate at best. The juices are watered down & the "eggs" appear to be powdered. No eggs would be preferable and they were.

The Holiday Inn Express Richmond I-64 Short Pump Area is located in a nice building in a comfortable and convenient location.

Comfortable bed and pillows. Nice breakfast selection and very tasty. Staff very friendly and helpful. Parking lot easy to access. Location pretty good for driving to places of interest.

Nice shower head but water pressure insufficient for a proper shower. Air conditioner so noisy, we needed ear plugs to sleep.

The hotel was conveniently located near Richmond and shopping areas, making it easy to get around. My room had climate control, multi-channel TV, and a microwave oven. The staff was very helpful and professional.

Convenient location near the Children's Museum of Richmond. Plenty of food choices within a short distance from the hotel.
